Polypropylene fiber can be divided into long fiber, short fiber, spinning sticky non-woven cloth, melt spray non-woven cloth, etc.
Polypropylene long fiber can be divided into ordinary long fiber and fine denier long fiber (single filament size ≤2.2 DTEX), which can be used in the production of clothing and decoration and some industrial filament products.
Polypropylene fine denier long fiber has good luster, soft hand feel, good drape and low density, which is suitable for knitting industry. It is an ideal material for making high-grade sportswear and T-shirts when it is interwoven with cotton, viscose silk, silk, spandex and other products into cotton cap C and silk cap C.
Most of the production process of polypropylene staple fiber adopts porous, low speed and continuous process, namely short spinning process.
Polypropylene staple fiber and cotton blended, can be made into propylene cotton fine cloth, bed sheet, that is, fiber and viscidity blended can be made into blankets, polypropylene pure spinning and blended wool yarn, polypropylene blankets, carpets, polypropylene cotton smoke filters.
