The preparation methods
Rayon (rayon) of oil source and biological, rayon called recycled fibers derived from biological, renewable fiber preparation methods: by cellulose raw material to extract the pure alpha cellulose (called pulp), and treated with caustic soda, carbon disulfide, orange yellow sodium cellulose xanthate, dissolve in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, again become sticky spinning dope, called viscose.
The viscose was filtered, cooked (placed at a certain temperature for about 18-30h to reduce the esterification degree of cellulose xanthate), and defrosted, then wet spinning was carried out, and the coagulation bath was composed of sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and zinc sulfate.
The cellulose xanthate in viscose is decomposed by the action of sulfuric acid in coagulation bath, and the cellulose is regenerated and precipitated. The cellulose fibers obtained are washed, desulphurized, bleached and dried into viscose fibers.
Because carbon disulfide is poisonous in production, it is easy to ignite and explode after being mixed with air, so it is necessary to treat three wastes (waste gas, waste water and waste residue), and pay attention to labor protection and safety.
At present, non-toxic cellulose solvents are being explored.

Rayon rayon is a medium to heavy duty fiber with moderate to good strength and wear resistance. It is hydrophilic (moisture regain is 11%). It can be dry-cleaned and washed under good care without static electricity or pilling.
disadvantages
The rayon will lose 30-50% of its strength in the wet state, so care should be taken in washing. After drying, the strength will be restored immediately (the modified viscose rayon -- HWM viscose fiber, without this problem). The rayon has poor elasticity and resilience, and will shrink greatly after washing, and is prone to mildew and moth.
use
The final applications of rayon are in the field of clothing, interior decoration and industry (e.g., blouse, blouse, underwear, jacket, hanging fabric, pharmaceuticals, nonwovens, sanitary articles, etc.).
Resolution of rayon
The rayon has a bright luster and a slightly rough and hard feel, with a damp and cold feeling. After being clenched and released by hands, there are many wrinkles, but there are still wrinkles after being drawn out. Pull the cloth out and rub it with tongue end, and the rayon is easy to be pulled and broken when extended.
The elasticity is not the same when wet or dry.
Silk luster is soft, feel soft, delicate texture, mutual rubbing can give a special sound, commonly known as "silk Ming" or "silk Ming", after clenching hands release, wrinkle is less and not obvious, silk product dry and wet elastic consistency.
Polyester yarn has strong reflective property, large stiffness, quick rebound, crisp, good wrinkle resistance, strong and strong, not easy to break.
